A juvenile's records can be sealed after the age of 17. A request has to be made to the court. You can contact our Juvenile officer for further information regarding sealing of juvenile records.

It is illegal for minors, under 18 years of age, to possess, purchase or smoke cigarettes, or to possess smoking products such as pipes, tobacco, papers, etc.
