Will an arrest affect my child's record after the age of 18?
A juvenile's records can be sealed after the age of 17. A request has to be made to the court. You can contact our Juvenile officer for further information regarding sealing of juvenile records.
Is it illegal for my child to smoke cigarettes?
It is illegal for minors, under 18 years of age, to possess, purchase or smoke cigarettes, or to possess smoking products such as pipes, tobacco, papers, etc.
